Reporting suspected wrongdoing is an important part of protecting the company, its employees, its customers, and the trust placed in Campbell’s Arms & Smithing, LLC. Employees, customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders are encouraged to report suspected illegal, unethical, unsafe, or non-compliant conduct encountered in a professional or business-related context.

Reportable concerns may include, but are not limited to, fraud, corruption, theft, falsification of records, serious safety violations, regulatory or compliance violations, gross mismanagement of company resources, conflicts of interest, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, or other conduct that may violate law, company policy, or ethical standards.

Reports should be made in good faith and based on a reasonable belief that misconduct may have occurred. Campbell’s Arms & Smithing, LLC prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a good-faith report or participates in a related review or investigation.
